3 Purpose of data processing

Processing the data serves to market the company. Thereby the data relating to the conduct of the competition and saved to determine a winner. This is our legitime interest in dara processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

4 Recipient of the datan

The data is only passed on to the respective department within the company.

5 Duration of storage

The data will be stored for up to 6 months after the end of the competition. This serves to speed up post-processing when evaluatng the lottery. According to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, this is our legitimate interest.

6 Rights of the data subject

You have the right to information from the person responsible in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. Under certain circumstances, you may request the correction of your data in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, as well as its deletion in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR. Furthermore, you have the right to limit the processing according to Art. 18 GDPR, as well as the right to data transfer according to Art. 20 GDPR in a common and machine-readable format. Without the data received by the participant, no prize draw can be realized. In this way, the lawfulness of the data processing is explained according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a.
