Keyweb Hosting Support is available to you around the clock, 365 days a year for all technical work.
In addition to this support work, our IT specialists will be happy to carry out further technical work on your systems for you on location or via remote access using Remote Hands.
You will be informed of the costs generated by the use of Remote Hands via the ticket system in advance of the work. Only after the costs and work have been approved by you in writing in the ticket system the Remote Hands work will be carried out and invoiced.

In addition to the general support, the Managed Service (already included in all dedicated server tariffs) covers technical work such as software installations, configurations and updates for 29.- € / month 1.
The Managed Service is therefore already profitable if you use more than 15 minutes of technical support per month.

You can have technical work on your IT systems such as software installations and configurations as well as monitoring services carried out free of charge by Keyweb Support within the Managed Services.
Upon your request, your technical wishes will be carried out by us. The Managed Service is already included in all dedicated server tariffs and can be added for € 19 per month for all Keyweb hosting products.
Very special requirement structures and particularly support-intensive server and hosting systems can be professionally supported by our IT experts proactively and individually according to the scope of services you require with the Managed Pro Service. At any time of the day or night, you can enjoy comprehensive proactive technical support from Keyweb Support at contractually agreed preferential conditions.
