New support options are now available to you as a KeyHelp user, even if you are not a direct customer of Keyweb AG.
In addition to the familiar free support channels via the KeyHelp community, the admin and user manuals and a large number of video tutorials, you can now also contact Keyweb Support directly with technical questions.
You will receive non-public, personal support via ticket & telephone directly from the KeyHelp® support team at fixed conditions.
We offer you two options:
KeyHelp Pro license customers can view their purchased licenses in the Keyweb Customer Portal (KCP), name them and reset them once a month if necessary.
If you need quick help with technical questions and in dealing with your KeyHelp software and its functions, you can now choose from the above options via the Keyweb customer portal (KCP) under the menu item "Support" > "Ticket system" and make direct use of support services. We will even provide you with a support ticket free of charge so that you can test Keyweb's exceptional support.
As a Keyweb AG customer, you not only receive the KeyHelp Pro server control panel with your hosting product, but also free technical support for your control panel software at all times.
