It fills me with pride that Keyweb offers me the opportunity to be the master of my own software project "KeyHelp" and gives me the freedom to develop it according to my own ideas in order to create the perfect administration tool. The positive feedback from the users is highly motivating.
Alex, Software Development
What I appreciate most about my apprenticeship is that I have the opportunity to work on various projects and have the freedom to deal with all kinds of topics. This allows me to find out which topics I enjoy the most and are best suited to me, whether hardware, software, various server services, network technology, etc ...“
Mandy, Apprentice IT Administration
Looking for solutions to complex problems, significantly optimising work processes through automation and creating large and small applications out of truly "nothing" has always excited me. As an application developer at Keyweb, I am offered the opportunity to pursue exactly this enthusiasm every day and live it out through interesting and individual projects.
Max, Application Developer
In my apprenticeship, all doors are open for me to creatively try out different areas. Every colleague is happy to support me in my ideas and career development.
Nicole, Apprentice Media Design
Even after many years, in addition to the everyday problems of server operation, one is always confronted with new challenges for which creative solutions have to be found. That way, there is usually no boring routine. The positive collegial working environment has a supportive effect.
Florian, Technical Support
What I really appreciate about Keyweb is that you have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas. This gives you the feeling that you can really make a difference at any time and that you are an important part of the company.

We will address these questions, travel to the origins of IT jobs and programming, and dare to look to the future.
