Team spirit, community, and supporting young talent make an important contribution to society. That is why we have been supporting selected regional sports clubs and youth projects for years.
We support social and charitable initiatives that provide help locally — whether through technical assistance, in-kind contributions, or project-specific funding.
Cultural events and regional initiatives also help bring people together and strengthen the region. We therefore provide organizational or technical support for individual projects.
In addition to financial support, we also provide selected projects with technical infrastructure and digital services — for example in the areas of hosting and online presence.
For many years, Keyweb has been committed to supporting sustainable mobility projects in Thuringia and provides support for the initiatives ELLA in Erfurt, WeLa in Weimar, and LoLa in Jena, which offer free cargo bikes in their respective cities. Keyweb supports these projects by providing website hosting and domain services. Through these initiatives, citizens can borrow cargo bikes free of charge and easily experience environmentally friendly mobility in everyday life. The aim of the initiative is to make sustainable alternatives to cars more visible and accessible to everyone.
Keyweb provides the technical foundation that ensures the platforms remain reliably accessible and that the booking systems for the free cargo bike rentals function smoothly.
Developing a local and supraregional venue for the arts, culture, and the creative industries that sparks new visions and brings together theater, dance, film and music – this is the mission of the KulturQuartier Erfurt e.V. association and the KulturQuartier Schauspielhaus eG cooperative.
With a lot of passion and volunteer dedication, a space is gradually being created that serves as a source of meaningful inspiration for the city, the independent cultural sector, and the creative industries. To reliably support the project’s digital presence, Keyweb provides KulturQuartier with a secure foundation for its website. This allows the association to benefit from a stable and secure server infrastructure with high availability, flexible resources, and professional support. As a result, the website and digital offerings can be operated reliably and sustainably – serving as a vital foundation for the visibility of cultural projects and events in the region.
Since 2020, we have been providing hosting services for the DoitNAU website. DoitNAU is a group of passionate cyclists from Erfurt who organize and take part in charity rides, extreme cycling tours, and various cycling events. The donated funds go to people in need as well as non-profit organizations.
In the past, we have also supported or provided technical assistance for events with a regional or social focus.
The Marketing Club Erfurt e.V. is the professional association for marketing specialists and executives in Central Germany. As an independent association, it is a member of the Bundesverband Marketing Club e.V.. Through numerous events – which offer fascinating insights into the operations of the companies that belong to the club – the association promotes the exchange of knowledge and experience, as well as the professional and personal development of its members.
Since spring 2019, the Keyweb AG has been the official hosting partner of the Marketing Club Erfurt e.V. and hosts the association’s server as well as the website hosted on it. As a member of the Marketing Club Erfurt e.V., we also represent the association in public and support its external communications.
By sponsoring ich-liebe-erfurt.de, Keyweb has been supporting a regional information portal dedicated to the state capital Erfurt since 2024. The platform provides information about events, leisure activities, sights, and current topics from the region, thereby contributing to the city’s digital visibility.
To ensure reliable operation, Keyweb provides a powerful virtual server that guarantees stable performance, high availability, and a secure infrastructure. This ensures that all content and information remain accessible quickly and reliably at all times.
