Here you will find your personal referral link, which you can either copy and share digitally – or simply write it down for future use.
Forward the link to the contact you would like to recommend our products and services to.
Your contact selects the desired product on our website and enters your referral code in the order process – the 10 % on the first invoice will be granted to him directly.
Your contact can also provide the referral code directly to our sales team to be taken into account on their invoice.
If your contact does not cancel the order, you will be credited with 10% of the order value* after 3 months.
We will either reduce your next invoice or transfer the credit note to you.

The referral code is a combination of numbers and letters unique to each active Keyweb customer. If a new customer enters this code when placing an order, we can assign the referral to the active existing customer and initiate a credit for them.
The credit will be issued 3 months after payment. This ensures that only serious orders and referrals are rewarded. You can find a detailed explanation in the terms and conditions.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. All you have to do is follow the terms and conditions when recommending our services and products.
There is no automatic switch from the previous affiliate partner program to the customer referral program.
If you were an affiliate partner of Keyweb, you have already received an email from us with all the important information.
If you would like to continue linking to certain product pages from May 2025, please use the direct link to the corresponding product page. In addition, as an existing customer of Keyweb AG, you can then enter your referral code on your website.
When the code is used by the referred customer, we can link back to you and give you credit for each legitimate order. Log in to the KCP to get your personal code.
If you are not a customer of Keyweb and would like to recommend us, we can no longer offer you commission opportunities. Simply become a Keyweb customer – you won't regret it!
Please note that the credit or commission may be considered as income subject to income tax and must be included in your tax return. We recommend that you consult your tax advisor for further details.
As a referrer, you will receive your credit after three months. This is to ensure that orders are not placed and subsequently cancelled solely on the basis of commission.
After 3 months, the credit can either be applied to your next invoice or paid out directly to you. You can view the estimated credit date for each order by entering your code in the KCP customer portal.
You can recommend almost all Keyweb services and products. Domains are an exception. No discount or credit is given for these.
Referred customers usually receive their discount directly with the first invoice.
