To support female student to the professional orientation, the hosting provider Keyweb takes part in Girls'Day on March 26th, 2020. The main purpose of this day is to counter current role thinking and to convince the young girls that IT professions can be interesting especially in times of digitalization and offer a lot of potential for the future.
In addition to highly fail-safe and GDPR-compliant server solutions, we now also offer a penetration test for websites and servers. By adding the new service to the product portfolio, we are responsing to the increasing need for IT security solutions, which result from the growing number of digital business models and the increasing digitalization of customer and company data.
How a free server could help ill children
At the end of January we donated € 150 to the children‘s and youth hospice in Tambach-Dietharz. A supporter of our software forum „KeyHelp-Community“ had been offered a free server as a thank you for his intensive voluntary work. He waived this and expressed the wish to use the money to support a social institution.
Last friday, the „Thüringen Gala 2019“ took place in the park hall of the Arena Erfurt – a charity event that not only reminded of the fall of the Berlin Wall 30 years ago, but especially honored people and companies from all over Thuringia, who volunteer for the committed to the region.
Keyweb supported the fundraising event in Thuringia's state capital as a co-sponsor and was in the course also video production partner, which the entire event from the set-up to the award ceremony and video portraits of the “Thuringian engagement ambassadors” with their special volunteer projects accompanied.
Application possibilities of the free server administration tool have been extended many times over
A fews days ago, the latest version of the free server administration tool KeyHelp® was released. This release introduces a REST (Representational State Transfer) API that allows you to combine KeyHelp® with a wide variety of applications for even more versatile use and automation.
On 5th November, 2019, the largest IT congress on digitization in North Rhine-Westphalia will take place in the Messe Essen: the DIGITAL FUTURE Congress 2019. Keyweb AG will be on site from 8.30 am and will provide visitors to the stand E32 with comprehensive advice on tailor-made hosting solutions as well as relevant aspects of data protection and data security, which play a decisive role in the digitization process.
